According to UNDP , Bangladesh is the most vulnerable country to climate change. It is estimated that about 17% of total surface area will be down into water by 2040 because of sea level rise.The observed data a from 1970 to 2000 indicates that the earth surface temper autumn is staringature is gradually increasing. tHerefore,autumn is starting in late and spring is comimg in earlier.
