Though Cyber laws aren't strong for now in Nigeria, but there are regulatory agencies in the country like EFCC, ICPC, the Police e.t.c. Which deals with all the Scammers, anf Fraudsters.
Please report any Nigerian with doubious characters to the nearest Police from there you can get the Anti-fraud/Anti-corruption agents involved.
Mohammed Abdurrahman Alghaili. Nigerians are not fraudsters but good people. Without doubt, there are bad eggs among the people but Justice will be done when these fraudsters are been reported.
